Treasury Controller – Banking Sector (M/F)

Duration: 9 months | Start: May 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: depending on profiles

We are looking for a consultant for a mission of cash control within a financial institution based in Paris. The consultant will work under the direct responsibility of the Treasury Manager.

Roles and responsibilities

As a field representative, the consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Monitoring of daily fund movement activity
  • Check and sign payment orders,
  • Monitor the daily closing of the treasury in alternation with the manager,
  • Oversee the preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Monitoring and regularization of suspenses
  • Monitor pending bank accounts,
  • Centralize the monitoring of regularizations with other services.
• Indicator monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare and co-chair the Treasury Committee (COTRES),
  • Contribute to the development and updating of the cash flow forecast base,
  • Monitor indicators and produce activity statistics.
• Organization and process improvement
  • Participate in the improvement of information systems and in the acceptance phases,
  • Carry out regulatory and technical monitoring,
  • Update and develop existing procedures.
• Interim Treasury Manager
  • Acting as interim area manager in his absence,
  • Assume, if necessary, certain operational tasks in replacement of a treasury officer.

Required Skills

• Training in accounting, finance or equivalent,
• Significant experience in multi-currency cash management,
• Knowledge of KTP Treasury software,
• Excel proficiency essential,
• Rigor, reliability and strict adherence to deadlines,
• Ability to work independently,
• Availability and sense of service,
• Good writing and communication skills.
