SAP S/4HANA - Operational Risks - Automotive / Industry (F/H)

Duration: 3 months renewable | Start: January 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €800

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to support a Strategic transformation program towards SAP S/4HANA. The mission aims to strengthen coverage of operational risks linked to the main business processes Source-to-Pay (S2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) and Controlling, by identifying current gaps in controls and proposing appropriate solutions.

This transformation is essential to modernize business processes and align the organization with technological and operational best practices.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes (S2P, O2C, R2R and Controlling) documented as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Identify poorly covered or uncovered operational risks, highlighting potential gaps in existing controls.
• Propose and formalize recommendations to improve controls, strengthen risk management and align processes with S/4HANA standards.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure proper integration of solutions and controls as part of the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to prioritize and plan improvements.
• Produce regular and clear reporting to ensure progress is monitored by decision-makers.

Required Skills :

• Significant experience in reviewing and analyzing complex business processes and ensuring their compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Strong expertise in operational risk management and in implementing appropriate controls.
• Good knowledge of key S2P, O2C, R2R and Controlling processes, ideally within the framework of SAP projects or ERP transformations.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA principles and its impact on business processes and risk governance.
• Experience in the automotive sector highly appreciated; failing this, significant experience in other industrial sectors outside Banking/Insurance.
• Excellent skills in facilitating collaborative workshops and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
