Tools and Database Manager

Duration: 6 months (renewable) | Start: 04/17/2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: €700-€800 depending on profile

We are looking for an experienced consultant in ERP Accounting and database management, to act as Tools and Database Manager for one of our major account clients based in Paris.

Roles & responsibilities:

• The Tools and Database Manager must be seen as a “facilitator”. He will be able to rely on his team on a daily basis to implement responses to the needs of the DAF. He works on a daily basis with the IT department for whom he is the preferred contact within the DAF, but also that of other “business” teams with significant digital transformation challenges (operations, human resources, etc.).
• Its positioning (between technical and professional) must enable it to facilitate the expression of operational needs and to propose appropriate methodologies to do so. He will also have to work closely with the people in charge of the processes and always listen to be a force for suggestions on potential improvements.
• The Tools and Database Manager also plays a key role in the preparation of the agency's financial communications and the development of the DATA culture within the entire agency.

Main activities :

• Manage your team of business MOA project managers and Data Scientists
• Contribution to the roadmap setting out for the DAF the agency's transformation and deconcentration objectives
• Management of the DAF’s transformation and deconcentration roadmap
• Driving a DATA culture within the agency
• Manage the decommissioning of the ATLAS tool, in conjunction with the IT department and the project team

Required profile :

• Significant experience in the Accounting field.
• Having already led major accounting/finance ERP implementation/transformation projects
• Mastery of databases and SQL and no-SQL queries
• Mastery of “data management” aspects of business software
• Significant experience in project management for the implementation of business tools
• Ability to write technical documents.
