Accounts Receivable Manager

Duration: 3 to 6 months | Start: asap | Location: Lille | Daily rate: max. €500

We are looking for a freelance consultant Responsible for Client Accounting within a company specializing in real estate development based in Lille.
You will be supervised by a team of 15 people responsible for collections, regularization of customer accounts, invoicing and monitoring of customer accounts.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a team of 15 people within the client accounting department.
• Ensure the smooth running of collections, adjustments, and monitoring of customer accounts.
• Implement and monitor invoicing processes, ensuring their compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to optimize customer management processes.
• Resolve disputes and provide operational and strategic support to the team.
• Ensure a smooth transition between the outgoing manager and the existing team.

Required Skills :

• Significant experience in client accounting (5 years minimum).
• Previous experience in team supervision is essential.
• Excellent collection and invoicing management skills.
• Good command of IT tools and accounting management software.
• Rigor, leadership and ability to manage complex situations.
• Knowledge of the real estate development sector, a plus.

Additional details:
Location: Lille (La Madeleine)
Teleworking: Regular presence on site is required (4 days per week) + 1 day of teleworking / week
Duration: 3 to 6 months (minimum)
