Product Owner / Project Director

Duration: 24 months | Start: 03/13/2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: €750 - €800 depending on profile

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (Agile certified), with significant experience in project management in a Bank/CIB environment, to lead a project to implement a financial resources management information system (delegated management ) at one of our Bank clients based in Paris.

Guarantor of the deployment of the project in Agile mode, the candidate will assume the role of Product Owner and coordinate the project on the Business side.

Roles & expected deliverables:

• Represent the business to the integration team:
  • guarantor of the application of the agile method and progress of the project
  • responsible for reporting, sprint planning, writing and formalizing requirements in the form of a Backlog
  • in charge of managing and controlling the Product Backlog
• Product management:
  • shares the product vision with all internal and supplier teams,
  • backlog manager,
  • continuously identifies and prioritizes functional developments,
  • identifies at the start of each sprint the user stories to implement, the anomalies to correct and the adjustments to make
  • functional validation
  • cooperation and initiative: participates in the team's Scrum ceremonies, Participates in functional analysis and prioritization workshops, Regularly presents the backlog to the entire team

Required profile :

• Project director profile
• 2 years minimum as Product owner
• Agile certified (required)
• Significant experience in banking / CIB
• Very good written and oral communication
• Leadership

Location: Paris intramuros
Teleworking: 2 days / week
