PMO for Master Plan - Corporate Banking

Duration: 12 months | Start: June 2024 | Location: Paris intramuros | TJM: according to profile

 

As part of an ambitious project to achieve its master plan over a 5-year horizon, we are looking for a PMO consultant to support program management on behalf of our banking client based in Paris.

 

Assignment

The mission consists of providing methodological, operational and monitoring support to ensure the successful implementation of the master plan. You will work in close collaboration with the program management and project managers to structure, coordinate and supervise the various program projects.

 

Roles and responsibilities

1.Methodology

  • Define and build methodologies, templates and management tools common to all projects (scheduling, cost, budget, resources, etc.).
  • Ensure the proper use of methodologies, templates and project management tools (Quality Assurance).
  • Participate in methodological developments for the benefit of the program.
  • Develop new templates and best practices.
  • Assist the program management as well as the project managers.

2. Schedule

  • Follow the program schedule, based on project schedules.
  • Manage dependencies between projects.
  • Control resource availability.
  • Ensure compliance with milestones defined by the various projects.
  • Assist the program management as well as the project managers.

3. Budget

  • Control the various budgetary expenses of the projects.
  • Aggregate and track external and internal costs.
  • Participate in the budgetary exercise and its different phases (PDFA, budgetary dialogue, etc.).
  • Assist the program management as well as the project managers.

4. Indicators

  • Participate in the development of progress and management indicators (cost, deadline, scope).
  • Define and update program and project key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Documentation

  • Formalize and administer program and project management documentation.
  • Consolidate the elements transmitted and present them at program level.

6. Communication

  • Organize and streamline the sharing of information between different projects.

 

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Finance and/or Risk functions in the development or investment banking sectors, with a minimum experience of 5 years, particularly in the areas of "Treasury and Capital Markets" and "Back Office Management".
  • Proven experience in participating in a major transformation plan (program greater than €20 million or lasting more than 2 years).
  • Minimum 4 years experience in project management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a PMO
  • Advanced mastery of office tools (Excel, Access) to implement and automate reporting.
  • Knowledge of IS aspects (processes, data, architecture and technical infrastructure).

Contract: Freelance
Teleworking: 2 days per week.
