PMO Invoice to Pay S4HANA
Duration: 6 months renewable | Start: January 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: €500 - €700
We are looking for two PMO consultants specialized in the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and on S4HANA to support a strategic project within a major player in the energy sector based in Paris.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities related to the Invoice to Pay process.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.
- Prepare materials and lead meetings in English with various stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize processes.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and tools used.
Deliverables
- Structured monitoring of schedules and progress reports.
- Documentation of workflows related to the Invoice to Pay process.
- Recommendations for improvement and implementation of validated actions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in PMO on complex projects.
- Good command of S4HANA and expertise in the Invoice to Pay process.
- English fluent, both written and spoken.
- Analytical and organizational skills, and strong adaptability.

Location: La Défense (2 to 3 days on site, teleworking possible)
