Optimization of banking processes / Lean

Duration: 12 months | Start: September 1, 2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: between €600 and €700

We are looking for a consultant (M/F) expert in process optimization / lean on behalf of one of our banking clients, based in Paris.

The consultant will support the Transformation department, whose missions are as follows:
- Lead and manage the group's business project
- Drive, coordinate and lead, more broadly, the internal strategic transformation of the group
- Create a dynamic of collective commitment
- Develop a culture of internal efficiency and continuous improvement

Mission objectives:

Within the Transformation department, employees are more specifically in charge of improving the organization and processes on projects serving the transformation and organization challenges of executive departments.

Mission details:

As part of its mission, the service provider will be responsible for supporting Transformation department employees in all of their activities and/or carrying out all of the activities independently:
analysis and framing of needs, project management, formalization of flowcharts and procedures,
running workshops, deploying Lean approaches, etc.

Profile sought / Skills required:

- Knowledge of the banking or financial sector
- 6 years experience in a similar position
- Project management
- Needs analysis
- Process analysis
- Lean certification
- Formalization of processes and flowcharts
- Animation of workshops
- Reporting and animation of the steering committee

Location: Paris
Full-time
Start: September 1, 2023
Teleworking: 2 days/week
Duration: 12 months (6 months renewable)
