MOAT Risks / Forbearance credit process

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for a freelance consultant as part of a project aimed at instructing the process of identifying and managing end-to-end debt restructuring in order to meet commitments made to the ECB.
This project plans a minimum 4-month intervention with a start at the beginning of October.

Roles & expected deliverables:

• Finalize the banking project by presenting the different operational modalities for debt restructuring previously detailed in the workshop with the stakeholder professions.
• Ensure the identification, modeling and documentation of the current and target debt restructuring management processes:
• Identification and qualification of front to back restructuring;
• Calculation and recognition of the net loss in value linked to restructuring;
• Management of default and probationary periods;
• Internal and regulatory reporting related to restructuring.
• Structuring the process site management approach;
• Organize workshops with the stakeholders concerned;
• Prepare materials, facilitate and produce workshop reports.

Required profile :

• Experienced project manager (10 years)
• Solid knowledge of credit processes (notably default and forbearance),
• Comfort in formalizing business processes combining rigor and aesthetics
• Ability to challenge very experienced people in the workshop
