TPRM Manager – DORA Compliance Project (M/F)
Duration: 5 months | Start: February 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles
We are looking for a Experienced transition manager in TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) to assist one of our clients in the context of the implementation of DORA regulations.
The mission includes supervising TPRM activities and supporting teams in adopting new processes.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Supervise operational activities related to TPRM.
- Coordinate internal and external teams involved in the project.
- Manage interactions with different stakeholders, including varied business profiles.
- Lead a structured change management plan to support teams in adopting new TPRM processes.
- Prepare the transition to an operational phase for the new intern who will be recruited.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience in team management.
- Expertise in TPRM project management, ideally in a regulatory context.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and raise awareness of complex processes.
- Skills in change management and steering organizational transitions.
