Reinsurance transition manager

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to coordinate the renewal of the 2025 reinsurance plan for one of our prestigious clients based in Paris.

Job Description:

As a Transition Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the reinsurance plan renewal for the year 2025. You will be responsible for supervising the teams, developing reinsurance strategies and managing investments. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and efficient process, meeting the high expectations of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the renewal of the 2025 reinsurance plan.
• Supervise and supervise the teams involved in the project.
• Develop and implement reinsurance cession strategies.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports and strategic recommendations.

Required profile :

• Profile with at least 10 years of experience
• Experience/expertise in reinsurance transfer (reinsurance plan and placement)
• Management skills: Proven experience in supervision and team management.
