Interim Accounting Manager (Lyon)

Duration: 6 months (renewal) | Start: asap | Location: Paris & Madrid | TJM: according to profiles

We are looking, on behalf of a mutual insurance company based in Lyon, for an Interim Accounting Manager profile speaking French and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the management and supervision of the mutual's accounting operations.
• Guarantee compliance with current accounting standards (French GAAP).
• Work closely with the teams in Lyon and Madrid to harmonize accounting practices.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure monthly and annual closings.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience as an accounting manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent command of French GAAP.
• Bilingual French/Spanish.
• Ability to manage remote teams and travel regularly between Lyon and Madrid.
• Good communication and project management skills.

Mission details:

• Location: Lyon and Madrid (50/50).
• Duration: Mission to be filled as soon as possible and until the end of the year, with a possibility of extension if the position is not permanently filled by December.
• Type of contract: Freelance.
