Project Director / IT Back-Office Transformation Financing
Duration: 2 years | Start: mid September 2024 | Location: Paris | TJM: according to profiles
As part of a major project to transform a Back-Office Financing information system (IS) (loans, guarantees), we are looking - on behalf of one of our Parisian banking clients - for a Project Director consultant experienced to lead this strategic initiative.
Roles and responsibilities
- Project management: Ensure management of the SI BO Financing transformation project, in close collaboration with the business and IT teams.
- Coordination and communication: Lead steering committees, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure the proper flow of information between stakeholders.
- Delivery management: Monitor the progress of the project, ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Process optimization: Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and propose appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing IS transformation projects in the field of financing, ideally in back-office contexts.
- Business knowledge: In-depth expertise in financing processes (loans, guarantees) and their management.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Techniques: Mastery of project management tools and agile methodologies.
Mission Details
Duration: 2 years (1 year renewable).
Start date: Mid-September 2024.
Location: Paris, with partial remote working possibilities.
Full-time.
