IT Program Director (Non-Life Insurance)

Duration: 2 years | Start: asap | Location: Paris | TJM: according to profiles

We are looking for 2 experienced freelance consultants to occupy the positions of IT Program Director and Deputy Program Director as part of a consulting mission for a large Information System transformation program on behalf of one of our clients Non-life insurance based in Paris.
The consultants will work directly under the supervision of the COMEX, thus guaranteeing strategic visibility and optimal coordination with the company's management bodies.

Role and responsibilities:

• Lead and pilot a major IS transformation program in the non-life insurance sector.
• Ensure the planning, implementation and monitoring of the different phases of the program.
• Manage project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Guarantee the achievement of the objectives set in terms of quality, deadlines and budget.
• Establish regular reporting at COMEX level and propose solutions in the event of deviations or identified risks.
• Actively participate in steering committees and strategic meetings.

Required profile :

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT program management, with strong exposure to IS transformation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of non-life insurance, ideally acquired within large consulting firms or in equivalent management positions.
• Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead large, complex programs.
• Very good technical and functional knowledge (IT delivery).
• Ability to interact with management bodies and develop IT transformation strategies in line with business objectives.
• Proven leadership, with an ability to motivate and unite teams around common objectives.
