Program Director - DORA (Insurance)

We are looking for a program manager in the implementation of DORA regulations within a major player in the insurance sector based in the Paris region.
Roles and responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the DORA regulatory compliance program, in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and monitor the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure the success of the project within the allotted time.
- Ensure reporting to program sponsors and decision-making bodies.
- Manage the project teams involved in the different work streams.
Deliverables
- Detailed program roadmap.
- Regular reports on the progress of work, risks identified and corrective actions implemented.
- Documentation of key processes and deliverables to meet DORA requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in program management in the insurance or banking sector (minimum 10 years).
- Expertise in DORA regulations or other similar regulatory frameworks.
- Strong skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to produce quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and French.
