IT Management Controller - Mutual

Duration: 6 months (3 months renewable) | Start: ASAP | Location: Lille | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for an independent consultant for a mission of management controller in the IT department from an organization specializing in mutual insurance, health and welfare in Lille.

You will join an IT team of 12 people and will work on optimizing management tools, particularly Oracle, to improve internal processes and operational monitoring.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Configuration of Oracle tools: Assistance in configuring Oracle functionalities to adapt them to the needs of the IT department and support in implementing these tools within the IT Management Control department.
• Audit of operational practices: Analysis of current management processes, with a focus on improvement via Oracle.
• Automation of operational monitoring: Development of automated reporting and monitoring tools integrated into Oracle modules.
• Ongoing support: Assistance in the adoption of new practices and tools to ensure their long-term effectiveness.
• Coordination: You will be the interface between the Group Steering team and the Economic & Services Steering team to ensure the smooth progress of strategic issues.

Expected deliverables:

• Configuration and documentation of Oracle modules.
• Operational process audit report with optimization recommendations.
• Reporting tools and dashboards for performance monitoring.

Required Skills :

• Significant experience (5 to 7 years) in management control in an IT environment, with expertise in budget monitoring and execution.
• Proficiency in Oracle is essential, ideally in an IT context.
• Strong Excel and database management skills.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and be rigorous in producing analyses under pressure.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, a spirit of sharing, and the ability to be proactive.
