Insurance - Costing Management Control

Duration: 6 months | Start: asap | Location: Paris | TJM: according to profiles

We are looking for an experienced freelance management controller consultant to conduct an in-depth gap analysis between the target cost allocation model and existing models on behalf of one of our insurance clients based in Paris. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out a comparative analysis (gap analysis) between the target cost allocation model and current models.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to align existing models with target objectives.
• Work closely with management control teams and operational departments to collect the necessary data.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to management.
• Support the implementation of the proposed solutions and ensure their monitoring.

Required profile :

• Diploma in management control, finance or related field.
• Significant experience in management control, with a specialization in costing. Proven skills in gap analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills with internal teams.
• Analytical mind, rigor and ability to meet deadlines.
• Manager profile with an ability to lead and coordinate projects.
