Management Control Consultant / IS Business Analyst – Tagetik & Alteryx – Bank

Duration: 8 months | Start: early May 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €650

We are looking for a consultant management controller / IT business analyst mastering Tagetik and Alteryx to support major developments in the information system of one of our banking clients based in Paris.

Roles and responsibilities
The consultant will provide support to the local IT function, with the following missions:

• Participate in transformation projects (acceptance testing, evolution of data models, settings).
• Prepare and execute the test phases: drafting of acceptance specifications, definition of test sets, carrying out of tests, drafting of acceptance reports.
• Participate in working groups and represent the management control function in projects.
• Propose and implement technical solutions that meet the expressed functional needs.
• Contribute to change management (updating process/application/EUC mapping, training materials, project documentation).
• Monitor and implement requests for development and corrections arising from projects in connection with management tools.

Required Skills

• Bac +5 diploma
• Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in management control in the banking sector, with strong exposure to IT projects
• Essential mastery of the tools: Tagetik and Alteryx
• Functional knowledge in banking management control, financial products, risk metrics and reporting
• Appreciated knowledge: Business Objects, FIS BSM (ex-Focus)
• Mastery of project methodologies
• Analytical and synthetic mindset, rigor, autonomy, sense of service, ability to work in a team
