HR BI Consultant – SAP BI 4.3 / Need4Viz

We are looking for a BI HR consultant with proficiency in SAP BI 4.3 and Need4Viz for a consulting mission within the General Directorate of Human Resources of a public organization based in Paris. The mission is part of the improvement of HR reporting tools.
Roles and responsibilities
- Design and implement HR dashboards adapted to the needs of different departments.
- Ensure the consistency of the data used and their business relevance.
- Optimize source queries to improve retrieval performance.
- Document the technical specifications and business rules applied.
- Produce user guides to make it easier for users to get to grips with dashboards.
- Ensure that dashboards remain in operational condition after they have been put into service.
Required Skills
- Confirmed experience on SAP BI 4.3 And Need4Viz (minimum 6 months of experience on each tool).
- Mastery of the concepts of HR data reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, mobility, etc.).
- Ability to offer solutions adapted to business needs while optimizing technical performance.
- Experience in technical documentation and user support.
