Credit Risk IS Project Manager

Duration: 36 months | Start: 04/17/2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: €750-€800 depending on profile

We are looking for an IS Project Manager (technical-functional), with good knowledge of Credit Risk, to manage a project to implement a Credit Risk Rating IS at one of our Bank clients. based in Paris.

Roles & expected deliverables:

1. Framework the preliminary project: evaluation of costs, budget, planning

2. Conduct the feasibility study, in collaboration with the business project manager and the project architect:

• Definition of the project schedule, calculation of ROI, precise budget estimation, updating of the target architecture, integration of the project within the RISK IS
• Definition of the data recovery strategy for their current IS
• Participation / Understanding of the new Quotation processes
• Search for solutions meeting target processes and requirements present on the market or necessary to develop
• Sourcing of software publishers meeting the need and preparation of associated documents
• Benchmarck with other actors (donors, banks)
• Preparation of documents for consultations of solutions on the Market
• Analysis and consolidation of responses for decision support
• Assistance in identifying interfaces to be designed / mapping of the IS, projects and impacted applications to meet requirements
• Participation in the search for possible scenarios based on requirements and recommendation of those to be studied
• Presentation of the planning, cost and project scope for the launch of the project.

3. Preparation of the project phase

• Manage the call for tenders: preparation of the necessary documents, analysis of offers, assistance with choice
• Participation in design: preparation and planning of workshops, reports, management of arbitration points, impact analysis in the event of reorientation (new needs, others)
• Help in defining the recipe strategy
• Help in defining the data migration strategy
• Preparing for production

4. Project management

• Constitution and management of the project team
• Preparation of presentation materials and animation of steering committees
• Reporting of project alerts to the division manager
• Project risk management

Required profile :

• Significant experience in credit risk IS implementation project management
• Significant experience in project management in Agile mode (agile certified)
• Very good written and oral communication

- Duration: 3 years (10 months for the preliminary project + 30 months of project)
- Location: Paris intramuros
- Teleworking: 2 days / week
