IS project manager

We are looking for an experienced IS project manager to work with an eco-organization based in Paris.

Context :

Approved in 2009 by the public authorities, the eco-organization carries out a mission of general interest, involving all stakeholders in the clothing textiles, household linen and shoes sector, from the designer to the recycler. The eco-organization obtained the renewal of its approval at the end of 2022 and new challenges complete its mission.
In order to best support the business units on new missions, the team in charge of Information Systems is developing existing applications and implementing new services.

Assignment : 

Take charge of the management of the IS project(s) within the defined scope, from the translation of user needs through to production and ensure a role of coordinator over the entrusted IS scope, advice and support on these projects.

Roles and expected deliverables: 

• Collection and analysis of user needs, writing of functional specifications
• Backlog management, management of the costing of associated developments, management of business prioritization
• If necessary depending on the projects, help with writing business processes
• Coordination of technical projects carried out by the partner or the technical team, management of the drafting of technical specifications
• Creation and management of schedules in line with partner capacity and business challenges
• Coordination of internal stakeholders (business team, legal team, financial team, IS team, etc.) and external stakeholders (developers, integrators, host, outsourcer, etc.)
• Preparation of presentation materials for workshops as well as the various periodic steering committees
• Creation of IS recipes, animation of business demonstrations and planning of business recipes
• Writing functional documentation, user guides and supporting the communications department on the creation of other training materials (video tutorial, online FAQ, etc.)
• User Support
• Support for the documentation of the IS process and management of indicators and definition of the resulting action plans with the aim of continuous improvement
• Weekly reporting to IS management: roadmap progress, alerts (prioritization, arbitration needs, etc.)

Required profile :

• IS project manager
• Around 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of the Agile method
• Being attentive to the profession, knowing how to establish a relationship of trust
