AMOA Purchasing IS Redesign Project Manager / CODA Expert

Duration: 4 months (renewable) | Start: 08/30/2022 | Location: Paris | TJM: 600€-800€ depending on profile

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for an AMOA project manager, with good knowledge of CODA, to intervene in the overhaul of the Procurement (Purchasing) IS at an insurance client.

A project team was formed to reflect on the simplification of the Group's expenditure chain.

This project is CO-sponsored by the Performance and Risks Department and the Purchasing Department.

The expenditure chain corresponds to the Group's end-to-end purchasing process, through 3 tools: COGNOS, SYNERTRADE and CODA:

Context :

The different tools of the expenditure chain have been added over time.

The defined processes have continued to evolve to adapt to the Group's reconciliation constraints, the technological capabilities of the tools, as well as expectations in terms of expenditure management. Certain limits have so far been identified, making the use of these tools and the adoption of processes sometimes complex and too cumbersome.

Thus, in a logic of simplification, harmonization and security of practices and in an approach to gain performance, a “Simplification of the Expenditure Chain” project has been identified as a priority within the Business Plan 23 project. -25.

Assignment :

The client is seeking the intervention of an external service provider in order to support the Group in defining a target and a roadmap, which would simplify processes.
An internal mission is currently underway to identify irritants linked to the processes and tools of the expenditure chain.

The service provider's mission will be to be proactive in proposing concrete adjustments and developments to the tools and processes, in order to be able to respond to the challenges of the project.

Expected deliverables:

A summary document proposing concrete solutions for each irritant, accompanied by an evaluation of the means required to carry out these changes.

Profile :

The client is looking for an experienced consultant on spending commitment and end-to-end management issues.

A good knowledge of the CODA tool would be a real plus to master the tool's adaptation capabilities to simplified processes.
