AMOA Project Manager - Financing Bank

Duration: 24 months | Start: June 2024 | Location: Paris intramuros | TJM: €700 max

 

We are looking for an AMOA Project Manager consultant on behalf of our banking client to strengthen the “portfolio management” team of funded projects.
This team is regularly called upon to contribute to various Information System transformation projects in order to respond to the challenges of development in operations professions.

 

Assignment

The consultant's mission will be to provide essential support to the teams in place in order to ensure the continuity of activities throughout the duration of the program. He will work in close collaboration with all the teams involved.

 

Roles and responsibilities

1. Support for the management team:

  • Assistance with updating / creating Business Object queries.
  • Support for changes to quarterly operational reporting under Power BI.
  • Coordination / organization of the periodic review exercise of the quality of the projects: monitoring of the progress, relaunch and support of the teams, consolidation of data in Excel with a view to their statistical exploitation, preparation of restitution materials (PowerPoint ) from consolidated and analyzed data.
  • Participation in the management of different information sharing platforms (the hive, intranet, shared directories).
  • Entry/monitoring of contractual commitments (loan/grant agreements) in the information system.

 

2. Contribution to monitoring the “Multi-Country” Portfolio and management of the “Pacific Fund”:

  • Strengthening portfolio monitoring, value-added support, controlling contractual risks, training/awareness-raising actions, priority management and monitoring of action plans.
  • Animation, coordination and capitalization on the entrusted portfolio:
    • Contribution to the framing of priority issues and co-construction of annual operational objectives.
    • Analysis and conduct of portfolio reviews, support/capitalization for grants and provision of commented statistics.
    • Specific support during the organizational deployment phase of DRs, training operations, participation in certain cross-functional projects.

 

Required Skills

  • Prerequisites: Knowledge of the AFD project cycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international institution or development bank.
  • Knowledge of developing countries and the context of intervention.
  • Professional experience in information system management functions.
  • Very good command of office automation tools, value-added reporting production and good general understanding of the information processed.
  • Mastery of Business Object.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
