International Mission (Banking Sector) (M/F)

Duration: 8 months | Start: end of November 2024 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for an expert consultant in change management and in training to support one of our banking clients based in Paris.
The objective of this mission will be to provide training to nearly 200 agents spread across several countries on the use of a new application.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Support the implementation of the training plan for agents across the world (distance learning).
• Ensure user skills development through tailored training sessions (digital content).
• Participate in change management by facilitating the adoption of new practices and tools within teams.
• Work closely with business and field teams to ensure training is effective.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience (+10 years) in change management and training.
• Strong teaching skills with ability to train multicultural and remote users.
• Adaptability and ability to quickly integrate into complex projects.
• Banking experience would be a plus.
