Business Analyst / Project Manager Asset Servicing, KYC, Transfer Agent

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager, having participated in transformation projects in Asset Servicing/Security Services, KYC/Onboarding, Transfer Agent, on behalf of one of our banking clients based in Paris and Luxembourg.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business and non-business requirements for transformation projects.
- Design and document elements of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for change initiatives.
- Manage implementation in a KYC SaaS solution, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate the change management process to ensure effective adoption of new solutions.
Skills sought
- More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in the areas of Asset Servicing/Security Services, KYC/Onboarding, and Transfer Agent.
- Solid experience in achieving deliverables such as identifying business and non-business requirements, and designing TOMs.
- Mastery of project management tools and methodologies.
- Change management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of KYC SaaS solutions would be an asset.
Duration: 6 months, renewable
Start date: Early April
Location of the Mission: Paris/Luxembourg
