Accounting assistance / Fixed asset management

Duration: +8 months | Start: 11/15/2022 | Location: Paris Intramuros

We are looking for a confirmed Accounting consultant (M/F), with good knowledge of Fixed Assets management, to strengthen the accounting department teams of one of our Bank clients based in Paris.

1. Management of fixed assets and their updating in the management tool:

• Resumption of production
• Entering acquisitions on SAGE FRP
• Management of fixed assets
• Management of current fixed assets
• Inventory management (head office and agencies)

2. Improvement of data quality to carry out a framing of the headquarters and agencies inventory:

• Framing of the inventory - head office and network - to allow the attachment of movable and immovable physical assets to accounting assets, mainly on the perimeters of IT tools and furniture.
• Contribute to the preparation of the inventory of physical assets
• Integrate all physical assets (movable and real estate) into FRP
• Reconcile accounting and management of physical inventory at headquarters
• Link all physical assets to their accounting assets
• Extract queries from the SAGE FRP database
• Compare accounting data with inventory data
• Raise alerts in the event of problems encountered
• Report on connections made and problems encountered

Required profile :

• Mastery of FR accounting standards and taxation
• Good knowledge of fixed asset management
• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience of a similar service desired
• Mastery of IT tools and very good knowledge of EXCEL
• Writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of Sage would be a plus
