IS project manager assistance / Technical recipe

Duration: 12 months (renewal) | Start: end of November 2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: According to profiles

We are looking for a technical recipe project manager for banking, to support the internal project manager on behalf of one of our banking clients based in Paris.

Work to be carried out:

1. Establish and write the acceptance strategies, the acceptance plan for the sites (interfaces, security, data recovery, performance), the deployment and implementation strategy, the drafting of the technical US associated with the DSI sites
2. Data recovery: definition of the strategy and organization with the integrator as well as the businesses; definition and management of the content of each iteration; drafting of associated technical US; writing the test book and conducting the tests
3. Change management and training: definition and drafting of the change management strategy; formalization of user documentation
4. Deployment: support to the project team in drafting possible scenarios for deployment; participation in the development of the deployment strategy and drafting of the strategy
5. RUN: definition of Run post mep (organization with the maintenance team, governance, responsibility of the different professions, the current and evolving maintenance system)
6. Project management: prepare the materials and lead the different bodies; write the associated reports; planning monitoring

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of the development bank
• Expertise in banking information systems
• Mastery of MOA project management on a long project (>1 year)
• Proven expertise in leading large projects/transformation programs and in project methodology
• Experience in deploying a project across a network of agencies around the world would be a plus
• Experiences with data recovery and data manipulation
• Knowledge of Operations, Risks and Finance professions would be a plus
• Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to listen, synthesize, reproduce
• Knowledge of the Agile method is necessary including proven experience as a Product Owner
• Ability to take a critical look and manage/coordinate the activities of IT teams (Architect, Infrastructure, Integrator, etc.)
