Assistance with accounting orders

Duration: 6 months (renewable) | Start: 01/2023 | Location: Paris intramuros

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for a freelance consultant with expertise in insurance accounting to strengthen the accounting team of one of our insurance clients based in Paris.
This mission is part of the production of company accounts.

Areas of intervention / expertise required:

1- Accounting for insurance operations:

• Manual or semi-automated management
• Estimated and actual
• In €uro and in currencies (USD, GBP, CHF)
• According to the following financial models: management delegation, co-insurance, accepted and ceded reinsurance

2- Accounting for commissions:

• Received or paid
• Management or reinsurance

3- Construction of cash accounts:

• Quarterly
• With completion of payment, lettering and justification of balance sheet accounts (class 4) post payment

4- Carrying out management accounting framing:

• Technical flows
• Balance sheet accounts allowing the recognition of provisions for depreciation of technical debts (claims premiums)

Required profile :

• Accounting training (DSCG and +)
• Expert in insurance accounting
• Significant experience in producing insurance company accounts
