AMOA HRIS Consultant - Bank

We are looking for an AMOA HRIS expert consultant (Workday, 360 Learning and Training Orchestra) to intervene as part of a strategic project for one of our banking clients located in Noisiel (77) and Paris.

Assignment

The expected service consists of supporting our client (AMOA) thanks to expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), to prepare and participate in the design specifically for career management, remuneration and advancement in the solution Talent composed of Workday, Training Orchestra and 360 Learning.

Participate in the design phase of the solution, in particular by preparing and participating in design workshops with the project team and the professions concerned. You will be involved in career management, compensation and advancement with the integrator, and you will participate in the acceptance phases. Your contribution, in addition to the internal team, must guarantee compliance with commitments in terms of quality and deadlines for the deployment of the Talent component of the current project.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Preparation and participation/facilitation of workshops to prepare the design phase with the professions for processes related to career management, remuneration and advancement.
2. Participation in design workshops with the publisher and the profession on processes related to career management, remuneration and advancement:

•  Participation in design workshops.
• Writing functional specifications.
• Validation of workshop reports.
• Preparation of recipe scenarios.
• Participation in the animation of the acceptance phase.
• Realization of test cases.

Required Skills

• Expertise in project management and its methodologies.
• Expertise in the design phase of a solution in collaboration with a third-party provider.
• Knowledge of career management business processes, compensation and advancement.
• Expertise in a field using index grids.
• Knowledge of Workday, 360 Learning and Training Orchestra tools.
• Mastery of the Agile method
