AMOA Consultants - SAP BFC / IFRS16 - Banking Sector (M/F)

Duration: 1 year (renewable) | Start: January 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for two consultants AMOA senior SAP BFC experts and masters of the IFRS16 standard on behalf of an actor mutual banking, as part of the production of new regulatory requests.
The objective is to ensure the implementation of developments and the operation of the tools used for the benchmarks, consolidation, disclosure management, and reporting modules linked to IFRS16 standards and prudential reporting.

Roles and responsibilities :
The consultants will work on the following missions:

• Functional analysis: drafting of expressions of needs in conjunction with users and project owners, analysis of needs and restitution of detailed information.
• Workshops and documentation: preparation of workshops, writing of reports, development of IT, process and business documentation.
• Specifications and validation: contribution to the drafting and validation of general and detailed functional specifications.
• Acceptance strategy: development of strategies, writing of acceptance specifications, execution of tests and management of validations.
• User support: training, functional support on applications, management of corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
• Governance and coordination: participation in governance, management of schedules and monitoring of charges/costs.
• Strategic deliverables: implementation of change management strategies, communication materials, and monitoring dashboards.

Main deliverables:

• Detailed expressions of needs.
• Professional recipe books and recipe traces.
• Tools and trades training manuals.
• Functional documentation and data dictionary.
• Scalable dashboards and backlogs.
• Internal communications and monitoring reports.

Required Skills :

• Expertise in AMOA project management.
• Knowledge of SAP BFC tools (+ configuration), SAP Disclosure Management and reporting solutions such as COGNOS.
• Experience in implementing IFRS16.
• Professional skills in statutory and prudential reporting.
• Ability to produce quality deliverables in complex environments.
