AMOA expert SAGE Ligne 1000 (Mutual)
Duration: 5 months | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €600
We are looking for a consultant AMOA expert SAGE Line 1000 to support an IT department of one of our clients mutualists in several strategic projects related to the upgrading existing tools, preparing for electronic invoicing and automating accounting processes.
Roles and responsibilities
The consultant will work on the following missions:
- SAGE Ligne 1000 version upgrade
- Analysis of the current environment.
- Planning and coordination of the version upgrade in collaboration with the integrator.
- Carrying out validation tests and supporting users.
- ISIE version upgrade
- Identification of technical and functional impacts
- Preparation, migration and validation of versions in conjunction with the publisher.
- Preparing for electronic invoicing
- Carrying out regulatory monitoring and supporting compliance.
- Analysis of internal needs and formulation of implementation recommendations.
- Automation of accounting processes (closings)
- Analysis of current processes through knowledge transfer with internal teams.
- Implementation of automation tools (workflows, validations, reporting).
- User training and change support.
Required Skills
- Expertise on SAGE Line 1000 (functional and technical – optional).
- Proven experience in upgrading ERP versions and accounting solutions.
- Proven skills in process automation (analysis, implementation).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners (integrators, publishers).
- Strong autonomy in project management, with a good team spirit.

Duration: 5 months - From January 13, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
Location: Paris 15
Possibility of teleworking depending on demonstrated autonomy.
