AMOA FI-CO ECC6 – Real Estate Sector (Bank)

We are looking for a AMOA FI-CO ECC6 Project Manager to act as an interface between the business teams and the TMA located in India, on behalf of a subsidiary Real Estate of a large banking group.
The scope of the mission covers:
- Real Estate Accounting at head office level.
- Third-party accounting of SPVs linked to real estate projects.
The consultant will have to demonstrate solid expertise and provide real added business value while effectively managing interactions with the TMA.
Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure the interface between the business teams and the TMA located in India.
- Manage the processing of FI-CO tickets on ECC6, with specific expertise on XrDJ.
- Propose concrete solutions adapted to business needs.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes related to Real Estate activities and SPVs.
- Bring strong added value thanks to your experience and your understanding of business issues.
Required Skills
- Technical expertise: FI-CO (ECC6) and XrDJ.
- AMOA skills: ticket management, business analysis, proposal of suitable solutions.
- Business experience: in-depth knowledge of Real Estate accounting issues and SPV structures.
- Languages: Professional English required to collaborate with TMA in India.
- Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, sense of service, fluid and effective communication.
