AMOA accounting Cegid XRP ultimate

Duration: 10 months | Start: mid June 2024 | Location: Paris | TJM: according to profiles

We are looking for an AMOA Cegid XRP ultimate accounting consultant to support one of our insurance clients based in Paris.

Context 
As part of the migration of accounting from Oracle EBS r12.2 software to the Cegid XRP Ultimate solution scheduled for April 2025, our client is seeking to strengthen its AMOA teams. This strategic project involves a rationalization of the accounting core as well as a complex integration with a dozen related information systems (IS), requiring careful management of adhesions.

The mission
We are looking for a freelance consultant to bring their expertise and strengthen the existing teams. The main missions will be:

1. Contribution of expertise and coordination:

• Provide in-depth expertise, participate in the implementation, and manage the content of the solution delivered in close collaboration with the business teams, in support of the client's MOA team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the “Cœur Comptable” solution:
  Identify existing systems and provide integrator teams with a clear and summarized vision of current IS.
  Contribute to project deliverables.
  Define and support the functional and technical target, by challenging the solutions proposed by the Cegid integrator to meet present and future needs.
  Provide expertise on similar projects at the accounting professional level, Cegid XRP Ultimate solution, and project methodology.

2. Implementation of solutions and management of interfaces:

• Identify and formalize the impacts of the implementation of the Accounting Core on the IS environment.
• Specify and write the changes to be made to the IS, providing an end-to-end vision of the processing to be carried out, particularly for interfaces.
• Synchronize the work, in terms of content and planning, by identifying adhesions with other projects.

3. Support for the solution reception phases:

• Coordinate and support the test-recipe-approval phases of the solution, in conjunction with the integrator.
• Define and commission the necessary technical work (machines, networks, automation, transfers, etc.) and associated documentation (non-functional requirements).
• Ensure that the solutions implemented meet norms and standards, particularly with a view to future maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong mastery of accounting professions and accounting information systems in insurance/social protection (key skill).
• Knowledge of source and target solutions (Oracle EBS and Cegid XRP Ultimate) (key skill).
• Experience in accounting ERP migration projects to a Cloud/SaaS solution.
• Mastery of integration principles and knowledge of the main financial IS peripheral tools (Basware, Notilus, HR Access, accounting interpreters, etc.).
