Senior Buyer Consultant

Duration: 6 months min. | Start: 01/07/24 | Location: Paris | Max TJM: according to profiles

We are looking for an experienced Buyer consultant for a minimum 6-month mission to work on a strategic project on behalf of our banking client based in Paris. You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for the entire purchasing process, from the expression of needs to contractualization, while respecting DORA regulations.

Main missions

• Management of the purchasing process:
  Analysis and definition of needs.
  Identification and selection of suppliers.
  Management of calls for tenders and negotiations.
  Contractualization of agreements with suppliers.
• Implementation of DORA regulations:
  Integration of DORA ICT legal clauses into contracts.
  Negotiation with suppliers on DORA regulatory aspects.
• Monitoring and optimization:
  Monitoring supplier and contract performance.
  Proposal of cost and process optimization solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a buyer.
• Solid experience in the complete management of the purchasing process, from the expression of needs to contractualization.
• In-depth knowledge of DORA regulations.
• Expertise in integrating ICT legal clauses into contracts.
