Project Manager - PRIIPs Regulation and Transparency (Insurance)

Duration: 1 year renewable | Start: January 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max. €600

We are looking for a Project Manager to accompany a regulatory strategic mission for one of our clients Insurance based in Paris.
This mission is structured around three main components:

• PRIIPS supervision: management of external service providers and management of associated processes.
• Centralization of projects: structuring and monitoring of management projects.
• Transparency of funds: establishment of an integrated framework for transparency of funds at group level.

The consultant will contribute to the success of these projects through a project management expertise and a solid understanding of financial and regulatory issues.

Roles and responsibilities
PRIIPS

• Supervise the performance of subcontractors.
• Organize steering committees and monitor incidents, remediation plans and service levels.
• Validate invoicing and manage contractual aspects.
• Participate in defining regulatory monitoring projects.

Centralization of projects

• Centralize management projects in a structured workflow.
• Propose monitoring templates and organize quarterly presentation committees.

Transparency of the background

• Implement fund transparency processes in the SCD tool.
• Centralize data providers and structure a workflow for reporting positions.
  Develop financial reporting with a group vision, including KPIs and dashboards.

Required Skills

• Training and proven experience in project management or project management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards (PRIIPS) and insurance accounting requirements.
• Proficiency in office tools and data management systems.
• Expertise in data management, financial reporting and performance management.
• Fluent English required.
• Personal qualities: adaptability, rigor, interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication.
