Bank Accounting Manager (M/F)

Duration: 4 to 12 months | Start: mid-October 2024 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for a consultant (senior manager) accounting manager on behalf of one of our banking clients based in Paris as part of a maternity leave replacement. Mastering the subjects of accounting, consolidation and management control, you will intervene in a dynamic environment, in co-heading with the accounting manager of other entities, to ensure the production and supervision of the accounts.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Ensure the production of monthly social accounts in French standards and IFRS.
• Produce combined accounts according to French standards.
• Manage the 2024 annual closing.
• Ensure tax returns.
• Contribute to accounting tool redesign projects and to reducing closing times.
• Supervise a team of 8 people.
• Work closely with teams to optimize financial processes.

Required Skills :

• Significant experience in bank accounting, consolidation, and management control.
• Mastery of French accounting standards and IFRS.
• Strong team management and accounting process supervision skills.
• Ability to manage complex annual closings and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to contribute to accounting transformation projects.

Details :
Start date: Mid-October 2024.
Duration: 4 to 12 months (Mid-October 2024 to mid-February 2025), with possibility of extension until mid-October 2025.
Location: Paris.
