Sustainability Reporting Consulting Mission (CSRD)

Duration: 6 months | Start: October 2024 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for an expert consultant in Sustainability Reporting (CSRD) for a strategic mission within a major international financial institution.
This mission is part of the preparation of sustainability reporting in accordance with the European CSRD directive. Preliminary work has already made it possible to carry out the Group's materiality analysis and to define the material subjects for the sustainability report. It is now a question of carrying out a gap analysis to identify the data to be published, consolidate the normative requirements, and establish the process of industrializing data collection.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Identifying data points to publish: Analyze existing data and identify missing data points to meet CSRD standard requirements.
• Production of a normative manual: Develop a normative manual detailing the regulatory requirements, internal procedures and best practices to follow for sustainability reporting.
• Gap Analysis: Compare ESRS standards to current Group indicators and other regulatory requirements, highlighting gaps and necessary corrective actions.

Required Skills :

• Expertise in Sustainable Finance regulation, with mastery of CSRD and ESRS standards.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks such as P3 ESG, TNFD, TCFD, and Taxo.
• Proven experience in implementing reporting requirements, particularly in banking environments.
• Skills in carrying out gap analyses on extra-financial data.
• Understanding auditability requirements for sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of information systems architecture issues, particularly with regard to the definition of workflows.
• Ability to mobilize internal stakeholders in a time-sensitive context.
• Experience with development agencies or donors is an asset.

Location: Paris, with possibility of partial teleworking
