Insurance Accountant - Foreign exchange and hedging
Duration: 6 months | Start: asap | Location: Paris | TJM: according to profiles
We are looking for an experienced freelance accounting consultant for a consulting mission, on behalf of one of our insurance clients based in Paris. You will be responsible for accounting and managing foreign exchange and hedging issues.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and account for financial transactions related to foreign exchange and hedging issues.
- Ensure compliance of accounting operations with current standards.
- Work closely with financial and operational teams to identify and resolve currency issues.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve coverage management processes.
- Prepare accurate and relevant financial reports for management.
Required profile :
- Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Significant experience in accounting, with a specialization in foreign exchange and hedging issues.
- Mastery of international accounting standards.
- Ability to analyze complex data and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
