Business Analyst Expert ISIE or XRDJ

Duration: 12 months | Start: 07/22/24 | Location: Montreuil (93) | Daily rate: according to profiles

As part of the optimization of an Accounting IS, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen the project team of one of our clients in the insurance sector. You will be in charge of two main projects requiring excellent mastery of accounting flows and interpretations, as well as proven expertise on ISIE or XRDJ tools.

Nature of needs

Project 1: APIDATA interface and Accounting Information System
APIDATA SIGD management applications must interface with the peripheral tools of the Accounting IS:

• SI Source: APIDATA (solution implemented 4 years ago)
• Target SI: IC (Accounting Interpreter – internal CLIENT solution)

Your role will include:

• Creation of a transformation brick (BT) under Informatica to format APIDATA flows.
• Setting up accounting schemes in the Accounting Interpreter.

Project 2: Feeding detailed accounting (ISIE)
Adapt the current ADP insurance flow accounting chain to feed ISIE:

• Adaptation of BTs to enrich data.
• Changes to the Accounting Interpreter settings.
• Changed the operation of the Accounting Interpreter to disconnect the accounting entry aggregation module.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of work, specification of developments, implementation of settings, support for developments and tests.
• Collaboration with development teams and accounting users.
• Writing detailed functional specifications.
• Control of recipes for the various components and management of anomalies.
• Reporting and participation in the XRP project coordination bodies.

Technical skills

• Enterprise collaboration tools and Microsoft tools.
• Anomaly management in Mantis and Service Now.
• Technologies: MySQL, Informatica, Java / Linux / Windows.

Required skills and qualities

• Excellent command of accounting fundamentals to interact effectively with the Accounting Department.
• Functional knowledge of personal insurance (group and individual) is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge in solution design, ETL, and understanding of data models.
• Functional expertise on Accounting Interpreter tools and ability to specify and configure these tools.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications.
• Ability to interact with development teams and good autonomy.
• Similar experience on interfaces between management information systems and accounting information systems is a plus.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT, management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar context.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Rigor and autonomy in work, with a strong sense of reporting.
