DAF - Manufacturing Sector

Duration: 3 to 6 months | Startup: asap | Location: Le Touquet (62) | TJM: according to profile

We are looking for an experienced interim Administrative and Financial Director (DAF) to support one of our clients in the Manufacturing field based in Le Touquet (Pas de Calais).

Context :
Our client, a large company with a turnover of 170 million euros, is going through a transition period which requires strengthening its financial team.
In a demanding economic context, several crucial challenges have been identified:

• Cost reduction: Optimization of expenses to improve profitability.
• Improvement of WCR / Cash Forecast: Proactive management of working capital requirements and cash flow forecasts.
• Refinancing: Research and implementation of new sources of financing to ensure the financial stability of the company.

Roles and responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the subsidiary and the implementation of the strategies necessary to meet current challenges.

Missions:

• Supervise and optimize daily financial operations
• Develop and implement cost reduction plans
• Manage and improve working capital requirements (WCR) and cash flow forecasts
• Actively participate in the refinancing process
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness of financial initiatives

Required profile :

• Significant experience as an interim CFO, with a specialization in the manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in financial management, cost reduction and cash flow optimization.
• Analytical and strategic capabilities to manage complex refinancing projects.
• Languages: Fluency in English is an asset, but not required.

Position details:
Freelance contract.
Location: Le Touquet (62) Physical presence on site required 4 days a week.
Duration: Mission of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of adjustment according to the needs of the company.
Sector: Manufacturing.
Startup: As soon as possible.
