Banking IS Project Manager – Rating Risk IS Implementation.

We are looking for an IS project manager consultant (freelance) to work with one of our banking clients, based in Paris, as part of the implementation of a Quotes risks IS.
Roles:
1. Framework the preliminary project: evaluation of costs, budget, planning
2. Conduct the feasibility study, in collaboration with the business project manager and the project architect:
- Definition of the project schedule, calculation of ROI, precise budget estimation, updating of the target architecture, integration of the project within the RISK IS…
- Definition of the data recovery strategy from their current IS
- Participation / Understanding of new Quotation processes
- Search for solutions meeting target processes and requirements present on the market or necessary to develop
- Sourcing of software publishers meeting the need and preparation of associated documents
- Benchmark with other stakeholders (donors, banks, etc.)
- Preparation of documents for consultations of solutions on the Market
- Analysis and consolidation of responses for decision support
- Help identify interfaces to design / mapping of the IS, projects and impacted applications to meet requirements
- Participation in the search for possible scenarios based on requirements and recommendation of those to be studied
- Presentation of the planning, cost and project scope for the launch of the project.
3. Preparation of the project phase
- Manage the call for tenders: preparation of the necessary documents, analysis of offers, assistance with choice
- Participation in design: preparation and planning of workshops, reports, management of arbitration points, impact analysis in the event of reorientation (new needs, others)
- Help define the recipe strategy
- Help define the data migration strategy
- Preparing for production
4. Project management
- Constitution and management of the project team
- Preparation of materials and animation of the different instances
- Reporting of project alerts to the division manager
- Project risk management
- Management of RIDA
Required profile :
- Proven expertise in Risk professions
- Proven expertise in management of similar IS projects, on the implementation of V-cycle and AGILE software packages
- Project team leadership and management and coordination of multiple stakeholders
- Management of publishers / integrators
- Preparation and co-facilitation of steering bodies (COPRO / COPIL, etc.)
- Formalization of communication / training supports
Startup: ASAP
Duration: 3 years (10 months for the preliminary project + 30 months of project)
Location: Paris intramuros
Teleworking: 2 days / week
