MOE Bank Project Manager

We are looking for an IS project manager consultant - MOE to work with one of our banking clients, based in Paris, as part of the implementation of a banking IS

Roles:

1.       Establish, Write and Execute:

• Deployment strategy and implementation, coordination with integrator teams and internal teams (production, applications manager, etc.)
• Write technical US associated with DSI projects,
• Coordinate, submit for validation, monitor the work with all the teams concerned (DSI and Integrator)
• Ensure coordination of the DSI/Business team on technical subjects
• Manage acceptance strategies for construction sites: interfaces, security, data recovery, performance, carry out tests if necessary

2.       Data recovery and implementation of interfaces:

• Definition of the strategy and organization with the integrator as well as the trades of all the work
• Define and manage the content of each iteration
• Writing of associated technical US
• Writing the test book and conducting the tests
• Coordination with the technical architect on the progress of this site

3.       Project management (in participation and responsibility):

• Monitoring of planning on all technical projects
• Manage and coordinate all project sites:
• Participate in the coordination of integrator teams and compliance with their commitments
• Ensure compliance and validate the deliverables provided by the integrator as well as the internal technical teams
• Participate in defining the deployment strategy
• Ensure that the scope validated by the Steering Committee is maintained,
• Manage project risks and report alerts to the Project Committee and the Steering Committee
• Define change management with the Business Lines
• User support for changeovers and production launch

Required profile :

- 8 years of experience in similar projects

- Knowledge of the banking environment

- Mastery of MOE project leadership on a long project (>1 year)

- Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team

- Ability to listen, synthesize and reproduce

- Knowledge of the Agile method

- Ability to take a critical look and manage / coordinate the activities of IT teams (Architect, Infrastructure, Integrator, etc.)

- Leadership
