Credit Risk Rating

Duration: 36 months | Start: 04/17/2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: €750-€800 depending on profile

We are looking for a Business Project Manager with expertise in the Credit Risk Rating process, to lead a Risk IS implementation project for one of our Bank clients based in Paris.

Roles & expected deliverables:

The expected service consists of playing the role of project director (CP AMOA) and instructing the following projects on the pre-project phase for the Risk profession, as well as supporting the risk professions in carrying out this preliminary project phase.
The work to be carried out under this contract will consist of:
1. Preliminary project
  • Framework the preliminary project: evaluation of costs, budget, planning
  • Definition of the project schedule, calculation of ROI, precise budget estimation, updating of the target architecture, integration of the project within the RISK IS, etc.
  • Conduct the feasibility study, in collaboration with the IS project manager and the project architect:
  • Definition of the data recovery strategy from the current IS
  • Search for solutions meeting target processes and requirements present on the market or necessary to develop.
  • Benchmarck with other stakeholders (donors, banks, etc.)
  • Preparation of tender documents for consultations of solutions on the Market.
  • Analysis and consolidation of responses for decision support.

2. Preparation of the project phase:

  • Contributes to the analysis of the call for tenders and supports the professions in choosing the solution that best corresponds to their needs by writing a summary and an impact analysis.
  • Participation in design: preparation and planning of workshops, reporting, management of arbitration points, impact analysis in the event of reorientation (new needs, others)
  • Definition of the recipe strategy
  • Defining the data migration strategy
  • Constitution and management of the project team

3. Implementation and management of the project:

  • Preparation of materials and animation of different instances (COPRO, COPIL and other identified instances)
  • Coordination and management of the project
  • Animation of the project with all business contributors
  • Preparation and animation of professional workshops

 

Required profile :

  • Proven experience in the banking sector, ideally with a Risk Department and particularly in that of Credit/Counterparty Risk Rating,
  • Proven expertise in management of similar IS projects, on the implementation of V-cycle and AGILE software packages
  • Project team leadership and management and coordination of multiple stakeholders
  • Preparation and co-facilitation of steering bodies (COPRO / COPIL)
  • Formalization of communication / training supports
  • Sense of service and organization,
  • Good analytical skills, spirit of synthesis, and transversal vision
  • Availability, autonomy and involvement
  • Relational and teamwork qualities
  • Writing and communication skills
  • Strength of proposal,
  • Fluent English

- Start: mid-April 2023
- Duration: 3 years (10 months for the preliminary project + 30 months of project)
- Location: Paris intramuros
- Teleworking: 2 days / week
