Insurance management control expert / Implementation of a new organization

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION:

For one of our major insurance clients, we are looking for an organizational consultant with expertise in management control to support management in setting up a new organization and adapting financial management.

Nature of the mission:

• Support in setting up a new organization

Roles & expected deliverables:

• Organization of work to monitor actual and forecast results Insurance:
  - Coordination of work with the various stakeholders
  - Creation of animation and collection materials
  - Adaptation of existing supports
• Data analysis support:
  - Consolidation of elements,
  - Analytical reviews,
  - Preparation of deliverables: analysis notes, restitution supports General Management and steering bodies

Required profile :

• Good knowledge of insurance
• Strong expertise in management control / financial analysis
• Project management
• Knowledge of Oracle HFM would be a plus
