IS Migration Project Manager Bank / Real Estate Financing

DESCRIPTION
For one of our Bank clients, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the migration of the Core banking system (Real Estate Financing).
The candidate will also have to assume the role of operational transition manager, and provide technical coaching for sales managers who will at the same time carry out the assembly and presentation of financing files / risk analysis (run).
ROLE OF REAL ESTATE FINANCING SECTOR COORDINATOR
- Methodological support and management of the sector's work
- Business referent and operational support
- Support for the organization, planning, reporting and prioritization of all the work of the sector for which he is coordinator in line with the orientations of the Program
- Respect of project milestones and deliverables
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the Sector Manager, the Program and the Member of the CODIR FRONT OFFICE to which the Sector is attached
- Assist the manager of the business sector in carrying out their monitoring and reporting work (preparation of sector points, reporting, alerts to report, prioritization of work)
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of the work of the sectors and the reporting provided
- Support business line managers and business contributors in terms of methodology and, if necessary, in the formalization/instruction of their decision files, procedures, operating methods, processes, changeover files, etc.
- Coordinate business recipe/certification work. The coordinator is responsible for the recipe/certification of the sector
- Ensure and monitor the quality of deliverables developed by the business lines
- Ensure coordination of your sector with existing sectors
- Ensure cross-functional coordination of the sectors in coordination with program management
- Prepare and participate in sector points
- Reporting to the Program for the various project committees
OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE:
- Methodological contribution and tools consistent with the approach defined by the program
- Guarantor of acceptance/Certification work (definition of session plans, writing of test cases with the business, execution of the acceptance, updating in dedicated tools, writing and monitoring of anomalies, reporting)
- Active participation in preparation work for acceptance/certification work (including writing and entering test cases with the trade, writing operating procedures and procedures, etc.)
- Assistance to professions in the appropriation of the banking platform, particularly based on the analysis of the available documentation
- Suggested adjustments in the event of difficulties in certain sectors
- Support for transversal animation of the sector
- Contribution to arbitration files or decisions, if necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Good knowledge of inherent Financing and IS processes (Core banking system)
- Significant experience in implementing Basel projects (5-6 years minimum)
- Good knowledge of the Basel Standards
- Good functional knowledge of credit risk modeling
- Very good writing skills (preparation of committee materials, reports, project communication, etc.)
- Ability to manage complex projects
