Change Manager with Retail Experience in an SAP Environment

We are seeking an experienced freelance Change Manager to join our client's team for a major retail project. The role will focus on managing change in an SAP environment to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes and systems.

Contexte :
Our client, a leading company in the retail sector, is undergoing a significant digital transformation. They require an experienced Change Manager to lead change management initiatives and ensure that SAP system changes are smoothly integrated into the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Change Management Leadership: Lead and manage change management activities, ensuring changes are effectively communicated, and adopted by the business.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand change impacts and develop strategies to address them.
  
• Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
  
• Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to prepare end-users for the new SAP processes and systems.
  
• Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance to changes and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges.
  
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of change management activities and report on their effectiveness. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Deliverables:

• Comprehensive change management strategy and plan.
• Communication materials and schedules.
• Training programs and user support materials.
• Resistance management plans and mitigation strategies.
• Regular status reports and feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in change management within the retail sector, specifically in SAP environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
