We are looking for an experienced Asset and Wealth Management Expert to join our client’s team in Riyadh. This engagement will focus on enhancing wealth management strategies and improving the asset management system, playing a pivotal role in guiding the client’s financial transformation.

Context:

Our client, a prominent player in the finance sector, is undergoing a major transformation to optimize its asset and wealth management functions. The expert will drive key initiatives related to strategy development, portfolio management, and client engagement to align with the organization's goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Asset and Wealth Management Leadership: Spearhead asset and wealth management initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client objectives.
• Client Engagement and Strategy Development: Work closely with stakeholders, providing expert advice on optimizing wealth management strategies and enhancing portfolio performance.
• Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and client financial data to deliver actionable insights and growth strategies.
• Risk Management: Implement and maintain risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Training and Support: Develop and conduct training programs for client teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage and grow wealth portfolios effectively.
• Change and Resistance Management: Address potential resistance to changes in management processes by developing and executing effective change strategies.

Deliverables:

• Comprehensive wealth management strategy and framework.
• Client engagement and communication plans.
